Unable to submit user reviews

I tried to write a review on Samsung UE65HU7500, but I'm getting the message: "the product is not on our database (although it has been review by WHF?) so cannot submit a review".

Is anybody able to write any reviews at all?

Yep, I've done about 3 or 4 now. You used to have to tell WHF that you wanted to write a review but I think they have changed the rules now. I guess it does have to be on their database though.

I flagged this up a little while back and someone from WHF said that the 'database' was not maintained by them but that the provider was about 80% [I think] up to date. I don't know whether this part now falls into the "no improvements before New Year" that we heard from Andy, yesterday; I see no reason why it should with out of house service provider. Who knows?

There are detailed instructions on how to submit a user review in this article. In it I mention:
One thing to note: if the product in question isn't yet in our database, you will not be able to submit a review. We are working hard with all manufacturers to get the database up to date as quickly as possible, but we do rely on them giving us the relevant information to do so.
Of the 4000 or so reviews we currently have on the site, around 3200 now have the correct data (so you can submit a review) and around 800 do not (yet). I have prioritised the most popular brands/products with our external supplier and we are working flat out to clear the backlog. The delay is in getting the relevant information from the manufacturers concerned, particularly for older products, but we can manually update the database ourselves as soon as we have the necessary info (and do so on a weekly basis). Hope that clarifies the situation. And don't worry: we plan to run more competitions like this next year, so if you can't submit a review this time, there will be plenty of opportunities to do so in the future.
