The Cyrus CD6se partnered with existing equipment

I've recently upgraded my amp and speakers (Creek Evo 2 and B&W CM1's), but kept my existing Arcam CD73 cd player - partly due to the fact it's a good machine, and partly due to not enough budget to upgrade at the time.

I've been reading great things about the Cyrus CD6se - in fact in seems Cyrus can do no wrong. If I replaced my Arcam for the Cyrus, would there be a significant boost in quality? Would the Cyrus go with the rest of my kit?

I went from Arcam CD192 to Cyrus CD8SE (I got a good deal as the CD6SE was out of stock with the dealer). Tremendous.
