Hello,

I recently got the TQ Black IC and speaker cables, bi-wiring a pair of B&W CM10S2 via a Classe Cap2100 amp and fed oof a Hugo Dac.

I love the sound and it's miles better than the Chord Epic cable it replaced. I like it's detail and Massive sound stage.

I'm curious about the TQ Silver cables.. has anyone compared the two (Silver VS Black?) I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks!

TB,

There isn't a single technical spec on their website (which for a company selling a technical product should ring an alarm bell or two). If you could point me to the details of the two cables, cross sectional area, conductor type, electrical parameters, I would be happy to let you know which is likely to perform best.

I would point out that absent any gross differences between the two cables, it is likely that any difference would be inaudible.

Go back to your Tellurium stockist who can - presumably - lend you a set of the silver cables to try out and compare at home.

I agree with the previous poster that their website is woefully short of any technical information. Instead there is lots of anecdotal (and unverified) testimony from what we are supposed to believe are real 'customers'. (Where are the negative comments for a bit of balance? It would be very unlikely that every single customer liked their product.)

All a bit 'fishy' especially this product ...

This sort of c### is bordering on comedy as parodied here ...

chebby is right- get a set and try them out. better still, get both the 2 sets you want to compare, and send back the set you don't want - or both, if you like neither. You cannot know which is right for you until you try them out on your system in your environment playing your music. You will find that if you have any question, before, during or after choice/purchase, Geoff Merrigan of TelluriumQ gives excellent support.

I have both speaker cables and interconnects from TelluriumQ. I tried the Blacks, but changed to the Greens. For interconnects, I had the Blacks for 18 months, then upgraded to the Ultra Blacks.
