Recently picked this up due to whathifi 5* award... However the cone has a huge rubber surround which shows its a long throw but it makes a flapping sound when volume is loud.
Gain is at 10oclock position, so it's not turned to high, amp level is -2 and 80htz.
I have tried spikes on the granite slab which is on carpet... It flaps and moves about, tried rubber feet on granite slab but still flaps.
IF I put my hand on top of sub and press down its fine!!
Should I really have to put weight on the top. It is rather a lightweight sub.
Its narking me off to say the least.
