I have an MJ Acoustics Pro 50 MK2 sub. Would I benefit by standing on something better than the floor. I have a wood floor and dont think its the best place to stand it. With loud volumes it can start to move slightly.

Many thanks

Paul

It really depends on the floor surface. If on carpet I would fit some spikes or if on laminate, use some rubber feet. Spikes would still be better but will mark the floor.

Or if your using spikes you could actually put a 2p piece under them and see what happens then

Oldskool....just reading your speaker list..impressive !! but i notice you do not mention a sub-woofer , is this an oversight or do the BW 803D produce enough bass for movies that a sub is not needed ?
