Any ideas on some suitable speakers foe a roksan caspian amp. I listen mostly to classical music. Also is it worth getting the amp serviced, if so, roughly what would you expect it to cost?

Depending on your budget, and whether you're after standmounts or floorstanders, I'd look at the likes of ATC's SCM11 (£850), Dynaudio's Focus 110 (£850) or Dali's Ikon 6 (£899).

Proac Studio 130 (£1135) and Studio 140 (£1440) are both excellent, but are largish floorstanders.

PMC do a couple of excellent standmount speakers: the DB1+ (£675) or DB1-S-A (£1169). The latter are small in stature, but create a phenomenally expansive, punchy sound. That help?

I think I'm after standmounts, around that budget. Musn't be bright soundinding. I listen mostly to classical. What about PMC or Proacs?

ProAc Tablette Reference 8 Signatures are fabulous small speakers. I have some Dali Ikon 6 floorstanders too and the ProAcs are at least as good, but faster and more forgiving.
