Speaker Reccomendations for PC HiFi

hi guys..

i am looking to make stereo hifi system based around my pc listening to audio cds and FLAC files.

I will be using my pc with the AuzenTech X-Fi Prelude sound card as my source

the signal will be going into a sonodyne preamp http://www.sonodyne.com/SPA203R.htm

from where it will go into a Pulz RS-250 power amp (60 W/ch dual mono)

after all that my budget for the speakers is 300 pounds..

could you please suggest which speakers would be the best buy within this price

I don't mind floor standers or stand mounts.. but if stand mounts then the price of the speakers+stands must be 300 pounds.

I will be mainly listening to general rock music and jazz occasionally.

I was thinking of the Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 , Monitor Audio Bronze BR2 & the Q Acoustics 1050i

I would have a look at the BR2s, or alternatively, some dealers have some KEF iQ5's for about £250 at the mo - they were £400 new, so could be quite a bargain...
