Speaker matching amp

Hi, is there anybody who can assist me in buying some new speakers ?.

I am running the Leema Acoustics Tucana Amp and would like any input from anybody as to what speakers would match this amp. I am looking at a budjet of up to £2000.

Can you give a few more details about your musical taste, how you like the music to sound and how big your room is (ie standmount or floorstander); also, what is your source.

This will make it easier to give sensible recommendations.

I haven't heard the Tucana amp, but I've listened to the Tucana CD player with the Pulse III amp. That combination sounded good with virtually any speakers they were paired with, among others: B&W, Dali, Focal, Spendor. It really is up to you to decide what sound character you want.

If you don't know what you want, go listen and compare the Spendor A6 to the Focal 826. Then let us know what you thought of both.

There are different choices based on your musical tastes. I've heard good things about the Monopulse 32A's.
