Hi guys
After 10 years I'm sorry to say my amp needs replacing. It's powering a pair of B&W DM602 S2s which are also 10 years old. I could probably do with replacing them too, especially with the soon-to-be wife complaining they're too big.
So does anyone have any advice? I'm pretty happy with the sound from this setup. The amp however has started making a lot of random clicking noises, which I believe may be down to some wear on the soldering, or the relays going.
The cost 10 years ago was around £300 for the amp and £300 for the speakers. If I spent around the same again would I get a superior sound?
If it makes any difference, I'm mainly listening to lossless format files via a Sonos ZP90, and also have the TV & DVD going through it.
Thanks in advance!
Rich
