My dad decorated for me while we were away on our honeymoon and moved the TV. Now whenever I turn on the TV there is what looks like the image lying on top of another image so images look stretched. These would last for about 10 minutes and then the picture goes clear.
More recently the colours goes dark and then goes into the above fault before correcting itself. Although at the time of writing it cleared itself and then went dark for a few seconds and cleared itself again.
I was wondering if this is a common/known problem that I could maybe fix myself?the TV is about 2 years old and I assume it would be a fairly expensive repair bill if I had to send it to one of Sony's authorised repairers.
