Sony 40w4000 Bargain!

Available for £699 at Teleworld! This TV was getting raved about thoughout the year untill the 4500 model came out. This has received great user reviews unlike the 4500 model. Im put off by the clouding issues like everyone else.

I cant see it getting any cheaper than this surely! Do people on here still recommend it or should I wait and go for the Panasonic40z81 model for £900? Which is the better TV?

The 42PZ81 includes an extra Freesat tuner so is not directly comparable to the W4000. The 42PZ80 is similar PQ but with just the Freeview tuner like the Sony. This is just over £700, so prices are more or less the same.

Both good sets, but think the Panny has it with better freeview tuner, size, blacks, motion handling and a more natural picture. But check them out in the shops.
