Sonos Port or Cambridge Audio CXN V2?

I'm currently using a Sonos Port to stream ripped MP3 from a network drive, also Spotify and internet radio, into an Arcam AVR550 with Kef R100 speakers. I'm thinking about replacing the Port with a Cambridge Audio CXN V2 streamer. Would there be a noticeable difference in sound quality? I currently use digital output into the amp, is the Wolfson DAC on the Cambridge likely to be better than the one on the Arcam or no noticeable difference?

The CXN V2 is likely to sound better.

But I suspect they will release V3 later this year with the capapbilities of the just announced Cambridge Audio DacMagic 200M.
