I think i so someone that had some decouple, antivibration feet for sale and started thinking about mine, i have some very old audioquest rubbet feet under the feet of my marantz CD5005, i looked at some other decouple, antivibration feet but desided to take of the original feet and use the audioquest feet direct under my cdplayer.

I was looking at sonic design damping feet, i can have a set for 15£/20€ and was wondering if would make a difference

Made in scandinavia like hegel, dynaudio, raidho, dali, how bad can they be *music2*

Think in a old what hifi magazine I have it mentioned cutting squash balls in half...try that first, all my kit is on marble slabs with rubber balls cut in half...those squishy juggling balls good too...biggest difference I made recently to my cd sound was to change my pre amp! Hadn't realised the huge benefit it made..i had been playing my cd thru dac magic...thought the player dac wasn't up to snuff! Wrong i was...since change dac magic sounds not as good! (yes unbelievable) and changed to my best interconnects from cd to pre amp..co ax from cd to pre amp is very good too...think pre amp gets best out of my cd players dac..my other pre amp didn't..i just assumed it wasn't up to much..i was very wrong..
