Bose Quiet comfort battery replacement

My batteries seem to have packed up after about 4 years on the Mk1 earbuds
I see on the net that it's possible to replace the batteries
Anyone done it or had them replaced?

If you contact Bose customer service, they may offer you a very sizeable discount on new ones.

Just tell them you want to replace the battery. They should offer you a new one for a discount instead. Several years ago my Bose Quiet Comfort 2 had an issue with the connection. They offered me a new one for £120 (RRP was ,£279 at the time).
