Don't mind what I've read or say. The audition will show how things are in your case Animesh. Could be painfully bright, lack midrange, overpowering bass.... maybe everything will be perfect for more than few months, maybe years. Boys, you have to admit Leema and B&W is certanly an odd combo.

If my Pulse can fully control MA hard domed tweeters, then a Tucana should be able to control a B&W.

The only thing I find "odd" is your negativity

I don't think metal dome tweeters are any harder to control than soft dome ones. Actually no issue to control any tweeter with any amplifier. Woofers on the other hand...

This is where your knowledge falls down. I can tell you from experience of owning Arcam with the RS6 and dem'd many other amps. The Pulse grips the tweeter and the LFs with an iron fist compared to the others.

If the amp doesn't grip the tweeter it becomes bright sounding. This isn't conjectuer but fact.

Oh you mean the tweeter ringing in its breakup mode. That's due to how well the amp is gripping/controlling the woofers and if the amp is clipping.

Tucana ii has arrived this morning, delivery guy must have underestimated its wait as we have a long drive. "Heavy stuff, i should have used the trolly" were his exact words.

well , i shall report back my findings some time tomorrow.

The RS6s tended to have a slight metallicy sound. Connect the Leema: Gone. The bass can sound a little bloated. Leema? the RS6s resembles more of a good standmount - no significant loss of bass just very taut.

All-in-all Leemas are control freaks.

Dude. Stop playing Eye of the Tiger and play some Neil Peart.
