Hi guys. I will be buying a new LCD set soon (somewhere in the region of 42"-50") i know that's quite a gap but as i'm not sure which one yet, that's as specific as i can be i'm afraid.. But my main problem is this...
I have, as many of you will, been faced with umpteen different styles and price ranges of these stands in the likes of Currys, Dixons, even the supermarkets...
Some just look tacky and churned out by the thousands, which is justified by the £70-£90 price tag. Others however, look very classy but understandably can often cost £300-400.
Is there a specific range or retailer any of you know about that combines quite classy, modern, individual looking stands without the hefty price tag. I'm looking for something that not many people have, and obviously build quality would have to be excellent.. I'm not splashing money on a new set to see it collapse onto the floor!!
Is this just asking the impossible wanting the best of both worlds, or will someone make my day and offer me a glimmer of hope???
