Sky HD - New EPG (how do i know?)

I had sky HD installed a few days ago. How can I tell if I have the new EPG (or not)?

It will have a little live image window in the top right corner, and the sound and vision of whatever you were just watching will continue to run while you browse the EPG.

Ironic that i'm currently using a Samsung box and am back on the old EPG!

It's worth mentioning that the brand of box remains key- to date, only Thomson boxes have recieved the new EPG. Others to follow...
