Hi All,

I am looking at getting a new TV and am looking at the Samsung LE46M86BD following some good reviews. Can anyone tell me the difference between this and the LE46M87BD? all I can find is the LE46M86BD seems to be discontinued.

Does antone have this model or recommend a better one?

Thanks

Samsungs got a new LE46F86 range at round about £1500 this gets better reviews mostly due to slightly better blacks than the M range. I`m personally getting one from Robert Whyte as they do a free 5 year guarantee with it for £1499. Put a search out and see what you think. Here is a link that might help with a test review.

The m86 and m87 are one and the same I believe - depends on whether or not you buy them from the dixons group

The f86 is superior

I have the M87.

When i was deciding between the 2 the only thing i found was that the M87 runs at 100hz which i couldnt find that speck on the M86 unless i missed it?
