so I sorted the picture problem, god knows how but it's working, however when I press onscreen button to get the GUI up on tv screen there seems to be an issue, it won't display and the screen flickers but tv says mode not supported, it used to work fine!!
Seems like there is kind of issue, I can enter the setup menu using the front panel display but it's a lot harder than having this on my tv screen,
any suggestions
