I am living in Taiwan at the moment - and the only B & W dealer in the country is helping me choose the right B & W selection for my 7.1 set up. At the moment - I havent bought anything yet...and there is a limited budget...( Cant afford the 800 home theater option) I liked the sound of the XT4's as fronts and the XTC as center speaker with the PV-1 as subwoofer. They have these in stock. But I am not wanting to buy conventional rear and surround speakers - I want dipole speakers for THX usage... They have DS7's in stock too but they are from the 700 series which is already out of production. Here would be the set up. XT4 - 150W XTC - 150W PV-1 - 500W DS7 - 120W Alternatively I could try to get some of the 700 series which they may have to match with the DS7's... 703's - 200W HTM7 - 120W ASW700 - 500W DS7 - 120W The only thing I dont like about this set up the total 700 set up is the HTM7 - which at only 120W - may be weak and lack enough strength between the sounds of the 200W fronts... Anyway - there is my dilema - any thoughts would be of help....
