Hello everyone,

Few years ago I purchased QED speaker cables in a hurry and haven't been using them since now. Unfortunately I have misplaced the receipt so I don't really know which "model" I've bought. The dealer stopped selling them so they could not help me either. :(

They look pretty much like these:

... and on the cable there is a text: "QED+ high performance speaker cable".

Any ideas?

Thank you.

It's got to be from the XT range - XT300, XT350, XT400 etc...very good stuff, so don't worry!

Does it say "AirCore technology" on it?

Hi.

Thank you both for your answer.

No. No other signs are written on the cable.

What range are those "Original" comparing to nowadays products?

QED original, would be the 79 strand 2.5mm copper multistrand. It is a basic upgrade from bell-wire, cost around £2 to £3 per metre.

I also have a question about QED. Hope it's ok with you guys if i slot it in here?

I also use QED for my cinema system but wouild like to upgrade my coaxial cable. I'd like to stick to QED. I see in What Hi Fi reviews that QED SR75 rates highly. I spoke to my local sound and vision shop but they don't have it on their list but stock the QED coaxial I-QEDPA/1 but i can't find this cable on the QED website. Anybody help to clear up the confusion here.
