Q acoustics concept 20 and Myryad A170 speakers,are they the same speakers??

I,m just looking for some info about these speakers {Myryad A170} i heard they are almost the same speakers as the Q acoustics concept 20, it was either the same designer/engineers or possibly they come from the same place, i.e were they are built? This might be totally untrue but would like to hear from anyone that has some knowledge, both about the story behind them and also what how they perform, I know a little about the amp side of myryad,not much though,.. I,d just like some proper sound advice on the speakers?.

Myryad is distributed by Armour Home, who own Q Acoustics, so it is entirely possible.

The mid bass driver has a different dust cap. Apart from that they look very similar.
