Putting together a Hi-FI set

Hi

I'm in the progress of putting together a Hi-Fi set mainly by just putting together speakers and amplifiers I find
in the houses of family.

Because it is a mix of everything I just want to make sure I don't blow up the amplifier or the speakers.

Here is what I would like to connect

Amplifier : SONY TA-FB920R (2x 80W @ 8 Ohm, 2x 120W @ 4 Ohm)

Speakers : B&W LM-1 (100W 8 Ohm )

Subwoofer : QUADRAL TSW III S ( 2 x 4 Ohm )

I can't find how many Watts the Quadral is....

The set will be in my room to play records and connect my laptop or iPod. I will not play very loud volumes.
I'm mainly confused about the W's an the Ohm's...

Can someone explain this to me and if my set is workable without any blowing or damage risks ?

Little chance to blow up. Amp to sub and sub to speakers using high level inputs since amp has no sub out. Suggest u try without the sub initially to set it up

Appears to be slightly more complicated than that, from what I can determine from images the sub is passive.

Ah. Passive sub! Pick up a used active sub IF u need it. I had trouble with the language
