Drummerman I need to listen to that 1 properly but why did you select it??

Ah, it was more meant as a joke in referal to the comments on Onkyos 9070 in another thread. The vid is not really top quality, neither pxxs poor. Ok I guess.

Is the BigOooooo suggested in the Leema bitchwhine thread yet? It's a serious candidate.

Dunno.

Kosher thoughts now...

We don't need to own everything we admire and within our reach.

But perhaps a week long demo? Try one, just to perk your spirit up.

Yup. Got a tax refund imminent within the next few days. May just do that.

It looks awful but there is something strangely appealing about it feature wise and the youtube vids sound decent.

Sounded awesome untill it went loud. Also no bass at all. Maybe record with a mic.

Better bass here, but high noise.

Its not better bass it was way too much bass back then - very fat sounding. No good clouds too much.

Not sure why today it didn't pick up any bass strange because there is a ton so I need to look at what I am using. Mic must have clipped as well because its not even turned up here and I wouldnt suffer clipped sound - noone would
Thats coming off you tube to start with not the best I just really like the music.

I dont know cameras let alone video cameras? Needs be cheap cos I wont hardly use it same as I dont use the camera too bulky carry around. Only comes out for school plays for the zoom - that sounds terrible... lol

Nice system and great Sax playing.

As Vlad says, your recording device doesn't do your set up justice unfortunately.

I also saw the other vid with the PL's and some Bryston I think. Again, lovely system and the recording is better.

With your stuff you need to invest in a decent Mic!

Thanks for sharing.

Sorry dude that a cross wire both ways.
Can here its clouding the sound even in that vid.

Its a psychological battle - do you have the speakers more direct at you for the benefit of it or a like I have now for a wider soundstage and more breathing space in between. Hard in a narrow room, really hard no space. Got 2 big subs going hard so there is bass.

Dont expect a miracle over a recording but must be able to get better than this without spending much money.

Cheers for the help.

Thats a studio master wav bought direct from anne - cost £35 its 192/24 but I have to downsample it to 96/24 as is limit of my dac - sucks.

That sounda seriously good here now with what I have been up to.

Bit of trivia - that album was sponsored by XLO you will see if you look it up on itunes. Made using xlo cables sounds really organic best I can tell for a cello noddy :)
