Pioneer VSX-LX55 vs Onkyo TX-NR809

Hello,

I plan to buy a new receiver. I prefer the two Pioneer VSX-LX55 and Onkyo TX-NR809.

I have Tannoy speakers: Mercury v4, Mercury V1, Mercury VC, TS 1201.

For me very important stereo and video (upscaling...) quality.

Which is better and why?

Which chip is using Pioneer VSX-LX55 for video scaling?
