Could anyone recommend this tv ? and whats the difference between this and the 79632d ? my friend has just bought it from currys for £650 as it was a managers special or the last one basically, was this a good deal?

The Philips sets usually score four or five stars in our tests, but haven't seen this particular model.

Well thats strange you have reviewed a philips 42plf79632D, i think it shoulb be 7962D, i have googled both and only 7962D has reults ! you have it as a 2007 tv at £1800 !
