Panasonic TX-32LXD700 or Panasonic TH-37PX80?

I am looking to buy either of these tv's, or maybe the Sony 32d3000? I will be watching from a viewing distance of about 2.5 / 3 metres. Probably mostly SD TV, and some HD through Sky HD. Picture quality is the most important factor. I'm switching from a CRT TV which although is only SD has a much more pleasing picture then I have seen on any LCD or Plasma TV yet. Picture break-up from motion smearing, noise, and artifacts from processing are all a big concern. Also I would like to be able to adjust the picture setup in detail. To stop High-lights getting burnt-out and clipping, and crushed blacks resulting in a lack of detail in the blacks. which I've seen all too often on LCD and Plasma screens in Electrical shops. Please Help!
