Panasonic TH50PX80B - The 50 inch version - When will it be on sale in uk?

I have been considering buying the Panasonic TH42PX80B Plasma. However I am wondering should I wait a bit longer until the 50 inch version becomes available. Is this going to happen? I know the Panasonic TH-50PX70 Plasma had excellent reviews, so am i right to think that an even more stunning Panasonic 50 inch plasma may be following soon. Can anyone give some info about this 50 inch Plasma and whether there is one on the way?

As we reported here back in February, there appears to be no 50in version of the HD Ready, PX80 design (or of the new PZ85 Full HD line-up).

However, there is a 50in in the flagship Full HD PZ800 range - that'll be the TH50PZ800 - plus in the PZ80 Full HD range (the TH50PZ80) and in the entry-level, HD Ready '8' range (TH50PX8).

Panasonic tells us all 50in models will be due "in the summer"....

[EDIT] Orders already being taken for the entry-level PX8 - priced around £1100, it seems.
