Panasonic 5 Year Guarantee

I assume Panasonic reply to your application for the 5 year manufacturers warranty. I sent mine beginning of December, am assuming because of xmas/New year is reason not had anything back in post yet. Anyone any idea how long they normally take ??

Yes they do reply back, they send you a certificate, mine took nearly 2mths to come back so no need to panic just yet.

Id give it until the end of january if you havnt heard anything by then id give them a call just to see whats happened to it but im sure youll receive it by then.
