Onkyo SR605 set up

Hi guys

Bit of help please as i am hopeless at setting this stuff up!!

I have a Panasonic PZ80B, SKY HD and a Panasonic BD30 Blu Ray, yesterday i purchased the above Reciever.

Would one of you guys please advise on setting this little lot up to obtain best sound and picture, ie what goes where and what leads i need, i have some idea but would like conformation if possible

Blu-Ray to Onkyo via HDMI.
Sky HD to Onkyo via HDMI and optical digital (alternatively, you can go Sky HD to TV via HDMI and to Onkyo via optical - in theory is a straighter signal path, but means you can't just use the Onkyo remote to change sources).
Onkyo to TV via HDMI.
