Hello What Hifi

I like the look of the above item that can be won in your competition.

However after searching the web for a while, I can seem to find a place to buy it.

Please can you advise?

I would have thought it was obvious. It isn't available to buy yet. The competition will be part of the product launch to generate publicity etc. However, by the looks of the picture, it is a current **8 series receiver. Therefore if it is already available, Onkyo's marketing department need sacking as I've never heard of it until now. In fact a google brings up WHF's compo and links from various competition sites. (Are these the people that win the competitions?!!). As the **9 series are just around the corner, I would hold off and to be honest, if paying £1000, I would be looking for separates. It's not as if Onkyo are renowned for building speakers are they?
