Odd ball question. Coax cables as interconnects?

Any reason why not to?
I seem to have a glut of QED coax interconnects.

yes I could plug them and see but I thought I would ask first whil I plat with some old Supra HDMI cables and 4k!

The vast majority of interconnect cables are coax(ial), although I've got a Kimber weave type (no I didn't buy it and no, it makes no difference to the sound).

Though intended for fixed installation, CT100 type satellite cable makes a good interconnection cable not least because of its near 100% braid and foil screening.
OK if you rarely move it, personally I never do.
