no chanel 4 +1 on standard sky box?

hope someone can help. i have 3 sky boxes, one standard (no subs) and two sky hd boxes (subs on one) both of the sky hd boxes have chanel4+1 (135) but on the standard box nothing? i have tried a software update and different cards,but no luck. none of the boxes are connected to the phone line, ant ideas?

don't worry i have sorted it now with another software and card change!

4+1 is an FTA(free to air) channel so doesn't require a card at all to receive it,so its not a card issue.

Firstly,are you getting an on-screen message,such as 'no satellite signal being received' or 'technical fault with this channel try again later' at all?

Secondly, is it only channel 4+1 that's affected or are you having trouble with e4,e4+1 and more4 also? as they all share the same transponder.

thanks for your replie, it just said no such channel but have sorted it now thanks. and have now sucessfully moved spouse to other room!!!
