Hi all, after some careful consideration I have opted to purchase a Sony BDP S550 to partner my new Samsung 37" B550.
I think it will suit my immediate needs, full HD, on board decoder, upscaling etc. and it also has 7.1 analogue outs to connect to my Denon 3802 to use it's onboard decoder until I invest in a newer model.
I think it ticks all boxes and I would welcome any futher suggestions or something I may have overlooked as this is my first venture into this side of AV, many thanks in advance to all who reply.
