My Roksan Kandy LIII is broken so I need to replace it. My speakers are Monitor Audio RS5. I listen to soft rock & singer/song writer type music so something that handles vocals really well is very detailed and shines at quite low volume levels is required. I used to have a Marantz PM6002, when I upgraded to the Kandy although I could tell that it was a far more competent amp I did feel that it lacked something in terms of intimacy and was a little restrained. I’ve compiled the following list of possible replacements, what do you think? It’s hard for me to audition due to a serious lack of shops! I'd like to spend s little as possible but don't wan't something terrible.

For the sort of money you are looking at spending you should also add the NVA AP20 to your list. NVA amps do have to be used with NVA speaker cables though which to be honest isn't a big issue.
