Hello well the problem is my brother has bought my mum a bush freesat box. And we had a couple of problems.
1. when connected using the supplied bush HDMI lead there was a problem in the fact it would not produce anything on the tv. So was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem, The tv is 720p and has 2 HDMI inputs ( tryed in both) . So tryed scart to tv and worked fine but obviously not getting the full benefit of picture.
And now to the 2nd problem last night i had a phone call saying she can no longer hear anything from the channels and when ever she puts a prog on it has a picture but no sound for about 15 seconds and then goes black and info bar comes up saying no service.
So i checked the usual the signal strenght and the signal quality are both in the high 80 early 90%
Now im thinking dodgy box due to the information on hand and the fact it was working fine and nothing else has changed.
any help with both these issues wellcome and appreciated.
