MS 309i subwoofer not working with Onkyo 807

Hi, I have recently moved and took the opportunity to make a few cable changes / upgrades.

My system is as follows :-

Onkyo TX-NR807
Sony BDP-S780
QED Silver Anniversary BiAmp to Q Acoustic 1020i
QED Classic 79 strand to Q Acoustic 1000Ci Centre & Q Acoustic 1010i Rears
QED 6M Subwoofer cable to Mordaunt Short 309i Subwoofer

The fronts and surrounds seem to work ok but the subwoofer isn't seemingly responding.

I haven't used the system for 2 months so don't know if its something simple (stupid)

The subwoofer seems to be responding if I touch the end of the cable.

I've tried it in both the subwoofer preouts and in the left / right line in of the subwoofer.

Any ideas??

I tested again last night with the speaker levels and the sub appears to be functioning.

I used a DTS test disc and there just doesn't seem to be much happening.

Any help on settings etc?
