Monitor Audio BX5 - First speaker recommendations

I was expecting there to be a review of these in the latest to issue but it seems to have been dropped. I'm looking at these for my first set of speakers and if they're as good as the BX2s they should be ideal for me. Has anyone heard them or know when the review will be out? Also i'm going to start auditioning some speakers next week, can anyone suggest any other speakers I should put on my list? They'll be partnered with an Audiolab 8000s (the older British built one) and a Dacmagic. I'm looking at compact floorstanders as it's a reasonably big room and because of a sloping wall standmount speakers on a stand might be a bit too tall.

If it's a huge room, I'd say go for some bigger floorstanders with larger bass drivers, but if it's less than 5x5m, then they should be ok.
