Just received this today from a Trader on Play.com. I am totally pleased as it is advertised as Professional 2007 and then you upgrade to 2010 but my package is 2010 version. It took over a week to arrive but was sent by recorded delivery.
If you have kids at school or college you can get it for just £38.95 if you use the official microsoft supplier at http://www.software4students.co.uk/default1.aspx & other microsoft software like windows 7 Ultimate upgrade version for £57.99

Not just civil servants, I also got it for £8.95 (both a Mac and PC version) through my company. It's called the Microsoft Home Use Program. However, if I leave my company, I don't get to keep the licenses unfortunately.
