I realise this topic has been raised before, but are they still in business?

I have had an email bounce back and the telephone number on the website doesn't seem to get you anywhere either. Previous concerns seemed to relate to a delay in products being delivered (took me months to get my interconnect) rather than difficulty in contacting them.

Yes, they're still up and running, but obviously still having some issues re communication. I'll try and get a response for you...

I am getting emails through Ok paul@merlincables.com so don't know what is happening there and the 0870 321 0215 is all working fine as I spend alot of my day on that line. Apologies if you are having problems getting though, it may be easier to try my other number 07764247844.

C'mon guys, I'm bored at lunch time at work and trying to become the last poster on all the Hifi forums. So sorry - I have to post here now too!

PS - love seeing the manufacturers etc represented on these forums
