Well, the story so far goes a little something like this.
first impressions were a little confusing, all the constituent parts were there, but somehow not gelling , I had the highs, lows and mids.. But never at the same time.
id checked all the set-up and it was all connected correctly. I had even considered putting my nagaoka on it to see if that made a difference, in the end, patience is paying off. I've probably put 20 hours on the cart, and things are starting to liven up.
The balance is now spot on, perfect for long listening sessions. No scratchy treble, or boomy bass, just a beautifully presented sound with loads of separation. I'm completely smitten.
oh, and it looks stunning. Which helps.
