Just got my Clearer Audio Copper-Line Alpha mains lead.... However???

As i posted yesterday i wanted to know if this cable would make a diffence to my Kube 1 sub. It arrived today, i fitted it to my sub and was pleased with the results. then thought what about my PS3, which i use for blu ray and music. i fitted it and wow what a difference. The sound and picture improved dramatically....... Has anyone else done this with the same results??????

im thinking of getting these cables if it makes that good a difference espec with the ps3 as i have the older fat 80gb one !! where and how much did you pay ?

I have the old fat PS3 aswell, probably the only difference i swaped the 80gb hard drive for a 500gb hard drive.

In my humble opinion, these kind of cables do make a bigger difference if used with a source component (CD player, Blu Ray Player, etc), rather than subs and receivers......

Just my opinion, after hours of testing with CA Copper Alpha, Chord Superscreen and Chord Powerchord mains cables.....

By the way, the more you spend on these cables, the bigger (and better) the results......in my opinion....which is why I use mainly the Chord powerchords. They can occasionally be found on ebay at half their usual RRP....

A 16 core braided mains cable made quite a difference to my FAT PS3

In my expereince, it really depends on the components used rather than what they are.

For example, the biggest difference ive ever had with a mains cable was on my old denon av amp. I was shocked more by the fact that the original cable was hardwired, so I lopped the lead off leaving a few inches on to fit a female IEC to, then the mains cord into that. It sounded SO much better, it was almost a different amp!
