Don't get me wrong, I'll be buying the Blu-ray box set as soon as the price goes down after Christmas. It's camp, comedic, spy action caricature of the the finest quality and as British as it gets 🙂

Huh?? Have you seen, for example, The Mother, Love Is The Devil, Sylvia, Enduring Love etc?

And, IMVHO, he has some fine, atypical yet effective/moving moments in Casino' and especially Quantum' - eg, 747 bar scene with Mathis and latter's death scene; final scene with Camille (ie, in SUV); and the end scene with 'M'.
