Yes, but you will need a bluetooth receiver which you can connect to the back of your amp. For example a Focal aptX Bluetooth Receiver.

Not Bluetooth but the iPod is.

You could also use the QED Puck play reciever, Connects to back of the amp via attached QED phono leads, works really well.
