Hi all,

I've had my Panasonic TX32LZD85 a fex weeks now and im very happy with but ive started to notice small 'orbs' of white light showing in the bottom corners when those areas of the screen have a black background (like when watching a movie which has the boundaries top and bottom), otherwise i never notice it.

Im wondering is this normal or should i take it back to the store (i certainly wont be taking the back off and cleaning it with a can of air thats for bloody sure!)?

Any advice will be much appreciated.

Cheers

I think what Kitkat is trying to say is, this is backlight bleed - something he had a lot of trouble with if memory serves me. This can be an issue with LCDs, but I have seen threads where people have had it, sent the TV back and the replacement has been okay. It seems to be a bit of a lottery I'm afraid and one of the dangers of buying LCD screens. It's definitely worth contacting your retailer though and seeing what their take on it is.
