humax iCord vs Humax HDCI 2000

Is there any major improvement in Icord? apart of HDD? Is there any picture improvement? does anyne know? I have HDCI 2000 and I'm thinking if it is worth to upgrade? Icord is very expensive though (400£)

its able to record 4 channels at once whilst watching another, they both output upto 1080i resolution. other than that cant tell you
