How good or bad is the Van den Hul CS-122?

Here in Holland many lisyterners find the Van den Hul CS-122 speakercable a very worse cable. Poor bass and highs and a muffed sound.

What a surprise to read the August-issue from Hifichoice. In a test the combination of Van den Hul The Wave interconnect with the CS-122 was the best in test! How is this possible. Read the reviews on internet. Many find the CS-122 bad.
