http://www.giveortake.com/search.php - you could try doing it through one of these website or quidco - when i did it i only wanted the tv and the cash back was a £100 plus £25 of M&S vouchers - not sure if you take it whether you will only get the £60 pounds once or for each of the ones you take phone/broadband and tv - maybe worth an email
