Help with speaker & subwoofer cables

Hi guys, new here so this is my first post.

I am buying a set of Tannoy HTS101-XP (5.1 Surround Sound) paired with a Yamaha RXV679 receiver and I am now having trouble with which wires would be sufficient for the system.

The distance between speakers are as follows

2 Speakers = 3M Length Cable, 1 Speaker 2M Length Cable, 1 Speaker 6M Length, 1 Speaker 7M Length, Subwoofer 3M Length

If anyone could recomend some decent cables with the correct impedance I would be very greatful as I have no idea where to start.

You need a 79 strand copper cable. I've got this for my system:
