Help!! What 40 inch LCD- maybe the Toshiba XF series?

I'd been tearing my hair out about what 40 inch to buy when i saw the 46 inch toshiba 355XF. review of 40 inch in april issue seems good- anyone know if same can be said for the 46 inch? I have liimited space and the tele looks amazing

Also the update- new XV is supposed to be coming out end march with 100hz, anyone got any more info?

haven't done the 46in, but the 40in is certainly a very impressive set.
